Hannah Burbank graduated in May 2021 from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in journalism and a minor in sports media. Hannah plans to pursue a career in sports reporting.

Throughout her time at UT-Austin, Hannah has worked on developing her writing, video, photography and editing skills to become a well-rounded journalist. She has worked on multiple stories ranging from feature profiles, to covering city council meetings, to small business features. Hannah has produced stories in various forms of media including, print, video, audio and photography. She was a member of Texas Student Television where she performed on-air for the show College Press Box.

Hannah is a former Division I college soccer player at the University of Texas at El Paso. After three ACL tears on the same knee, Hannah was forced to retire early from her soccer career. She transferred after her freshman year to UT-Austin. During her time playing for UTEP, she received the "Newcomer of the Year" award and was voted "Player of the Week" by team leaders and coaches.
